Sapat is one of India’s iconic tea brands. Each cup of Sapat tea is the result of 110 years of experience. And it is testimony to the company’s meticulous selectivity and inspired blending. Steeped in the chai culture of India, the brand has grown over the years and played a significant role in shaping it too. Today over 250 million cups of Sapat Chai are consumed every month.
Enticing rural buyers
Sapat Chaha, the company’s flagship brand, is already a well-established name in the rural market. It is premium dust tea with a characteristic strong flavour.
The sas team was roped in to reinforce the presence and highlight the strong flavour in innovative ways. We designed eye-catching POS material that brought out this feature quite effectively.
Wooing urban tea lovers
Sapat’s Parivar Family Blend is a unique blend of five premium Assam teas. This blend combines exceptional strength with a sweet Assam flavour. It’s been specially designed for the Indian way of making chai.
Our task was to popularize the brand in the young, urban female TG (25 to 35 years). We executed several seasonal campaigns, where the tone and tenor of the communication unmistakably appealed to this TG.
We also conducted a range of BTL activities for Parivar Family Blend.
